Since I remember Africa has been my place to be. I studied African Cultures and Languages along with Global Development at Warsaw University. It was the first step the never-ending journey began with.
When Majki and I met, we left our lives behind and moved to Zanznibar just like that. After 7 wonderful years of living and travelling around Africa, COVID hit and the lockdown changed our reality. It was such a hard time but we did not stop fighting for our dreams.
Coming back to Poland was the opportunity to take out all the fabrics which I’d been collecting off various African countries for 10 years of my vagabonding.
This is how the Pintera brand was born.
